The mission of the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona is to ensure individuals and families receive accessible, high-quality behavioral health services that are member and family driven, recovery oriented, respectful of cultural differences and foster hope and self-determination.

Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for a five county service area that includes Pima, Santa Cruz, Cochise, Graham and Greenlee counties. CPSA is a non-profit organization founded in 1995 for the purpose of contracting with the Arizona Department of Health Services/Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) to provide all publicly funded behavioral health services within its geographic service area.

The “CPSA Steppers” participated in the 2^nd Annual NAMIWalk on March 29, 2008, pictured above, and the 3rd Annual NAMIWalk on March 28, 2009, pictured below. Organized by the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nationwide event helps build awareness and raise funds needed to support people living with mental illness and their families.
